SH : pigme... 55 flyovers in Mumbai +pune flyover+ Bandra worli bridge + MUTP project for railways all happening in the last 3 yrs true nothing much before this since 47 we need a lot of investment in roads, harbors , airports , railways, all over India

SH : Mod... builder is a broad term used for anybody from slum lords to people who want to make a building , mafia harasses all biz , recent case of appollo tyres a la match mixing :one has to stay away from them, keep them away.

SH : vin... uh...road constructions for our own projects only not venturing into construction outside our own projects

SH : jacin... thane is great value fro money... marble flooring, club house, concrete roads, gardens, playgrounds and forests, ICSE schools.the works
